Ensure the delivery of internal communication services within agreed service levels to site segments and stakeholders in line with customer service internal communication guidelines (media, channels, messages, copywriting, measurement, etc)
This role works in partnership with the Consumer General Manager and his team to provide a communication partnering service: converting Customer Service segment strategy and direction into meaningful communication delivery plans and messages for relevant Customer Service audiences.
