Providing leadership identity across the category and sales organisation, playing a key influencial role both internally and externally within Nike.
Reporting directly to the ABU Director, the position will cover product responsibility and accountability for one of the companys highest profile and fastest growing categories in the UK/Ireland market place. Job focus will include regular interface with consumers and athletes alike, to ensure that we stay in tune with market/sport trends and stay on top of the ever-changing dynamics of the Sports industry.

Communicate corporate and category objectives and direction. Motivate and lead department managers in developing strategies, achieving revenue targets, stream-lining processes, producing seasonal tools, information, and analysis designed to meet the needs of the Retailer and the Nike Account Teams across the country as well as to maximize operational efficiencies. Responsible for setting; measuring and reviewing business aligned performance reviews.
