Provides strategic and operational direction with regard to all Human Resources issues. Leads and coordinates efforts of a team of HR professionals to provide human resources consultation, management, service delivery, and support on a variety of human resources initiatives such as recruiting, resourcing, compensation, benefits, training, employee development, and employee relations. Manages complex relationships and the competing priorities and cultures that occur among diverse groups.
In this senior and high profile role you will be responsible for managing our client's HR function which is headquartered in the company's Networking Services division. The division is based across 5 sites and employs around 400 permanent staff.
Provides strategic and operational direction with regard to all Human Resources issues. Leads and coordinates efforts of a team of HR professionals to provide human resources consultation, management, service delivery, and support on a variety of human resources initiatives such as recruiting, resourcing, compensation, benefits, training, employee development, and employee relations.
The role will proactively support and challenge the UK Commercial function (Sales & Marketing combined) to enable high performance at individual, team and organisational levels. Provision of customised day to day operational support and coaching to line managers across the full spectrum of people management activities.
As the HR Business Partner you will play a key role in providing a strategic and proactive HR service to employees and managers. You will be responsible for a diverse client group of approximately 1000 individuals at mid to senior level across all disciplines.
