To work as a business partner with Department Managers to drive effective HR practices within CPWN with the overall aim of delivering the commercial objectives of the company.
Source, develop, manage and maintain the support staff for the new offices including agency liaison, conducting interviews, managing offers and ensure the effective induction of new staff.
Reporting into the HR Director you will be a key member of the senior management team with the main purpose to provide the business with expert and strategic consultancy and advice on HR, whilst ensuring that the operational delivery of services meets and exceeds expectations.
Your challenge will be to ensure your team provides an effective, professional and
strategic HR service that responds to our Service Development Plan. This will include
enabling and supporting managers in the planning and shaping of their workforce.
