CANCELLATION

All paid subscriptions will automatically renew to preserve continuity. If you would like to cancel your subscription and not be charged for renewal, you must cancel before your renewal date, or your subscription will be renewed for the same term you initially selected at our current offering price. REFUNDS

All subscriptions not cancelled within 7 days of having been made, including four-week subscriptions, including twelve-week subscriptions, twenty-six week subscriptions, or fifty-two-week subscriptions, may be cancelled by you at any time but no refund will be made for unused subscription periods.

RENEWAL

If you have elected to upgrade to premium membership or Free Premium Privilege Pass, your CV will remain available to recruiters (see our Privacy Policy) unless you designate your CV as confidential or deactivated, in which case we will not share your name or your company name with recruiters. If you downgrade from premium or from Free Premium Privilege Pass to the basic (free) service, you will continue to have access to job postings but your online cv will be automatically deactivated so that recruiters will no longer be able to access your CV information.

JOB POSTINGS

£50k+ is a good faith estimate based on extensive research of the market examining the qualifications, responsibilities and other factors typically associated with this salary level. Where no salary is given with a particular job applicants should check this direct with the advertiser/employer to avoid disappointment.

AVAILABILITY

Our site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.

CV REVIEW SERVICES

To the extent Client elected to use the CV review/rewrite services (the "CV Services"), Client acknowledges that TheLadders.co.uk may fulfill the CV Services using a third party provider with whom TheLadders.co.uk has established a prior relationship. In all cases, Client acknowledges that by agreeing to move forward, Client is committing to pay the specified fees for such CV Services; fees are neither cancelable nor refundable. TheLadders.co.uk will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the Services in a timely manner, subject to acts of nature, mechanical failure, or other occurrences beyond the control of TheLadders.co.uk. Please note that you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data on your documents; TheLadders.co.uk is not responsible for errors on your source documentation or on revised CVs after the CV has been provided to you for proofreading. The CV Services will be deemed to be complete on the earlier of (1) completion of the CV Services and (2) the 30th day following the date of delivery to Client of the first draft of CV rewrite.

VALID EMAIL ADDRESS

You must supply and maintain a valid email address in order to use our service. Invalid email addresses will be deleted from our system and denied access.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Certain sections or pages on our site may contain separate terms and conditions, which are in addition to these terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms and conditions will govern for those sections or pages.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by English law. The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.

Employers and their representatives who submit content to recruitladder.co.uk or any of its affiliated sites, agree to grant TheLadders and its affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. Employers and their representatives also grant to TheLadders and its affiliates the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce, communicate to the public and display the name and trademark of their organisation and status as a contributor of content to the TheLadders. Employers and their representatives warrant and represent that they have the authority to enter into this license agreement and that they are the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content and trademarks, and that they have completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to TheLadders the license stated above. Subject to the foregoing, the owner of such content and trademarks submitted to recruitladder.co.uk retains any and all rights that may exist in such content and trademarks.
